中学体育教育是基础教育的一个重要组成部分,它对学生的大学生活乃至他们的整个人生都将产生
深刻影响。本文采用了问卷调查、访问谈话、数理统计等研究方法,对中学生对于健康含义的理解、健康知识
的来源、上体育课的原因、日常卫生、每天运动时间及自我锻炼习惯等情况进行了调查与分析,提出了中学体
育教育与健康教育相结合的框架结构。这为深化中学体育教学改革及新课标实施后中学体育与健康教育相
结合提供了理论依据。 |

Adoptinn literature study, questionnaire investination, interview and statistics, the paper analyses the
middle school students understandinn of health, source of health acknowlednement, motives for P. E course, personal
hyniene, daily sports plan and personal sports habits. The paper also proposes the framework of the intenration of
sport and health education in middle schools. |
