本文运用文献资料法、调查访问法和数理统计法,对江苏省100名中学体育教师继续教育的现状进行
了调查,分析了中学体育教师参加继续教育的动机、影响因素、培训模式、培训内容、培训经费!考核方法等。研究发现江苏省中学体育教师继续教育的动机比较明确,参加的培训形式多样,培训内容基本能够满足体育教师的需求,通过继续教育,江苏省中学体育教师的教学能力、教学效果都有了较明显的提高。 |

Adopteinn the literature study, investination and statistics, the paper presents the investination of the
current continuinn education of 100 P.E teachers in middile schools in Jiannsu province and analyses their motives,
influential elements, traininn modes, traininn content, traininn fees and assessment methods. |
